Amazing before and after
Before and during!
I thought it was about time that I posted one of these. It’s really hard to look at those before pictures, but it’s a little bit easier, now that I’m working toward a final goal! I actually meant to keep this blog anonymous for the most part, but that’s really hard when you want to post progress pictures! I keep going between hoping no one I know sees these, and not caring, but I guess it doesn’t really matter!
Anyway, here goes. I’ve still got a ways to go, but I’m getting there! I actually have a few more in-between pictures, though I haven’t been very diligent about taking quality progress pictures until now. Plus it was easier for me to keep this short and sweet. Calorie tracking, and discovering a love for running have made all the difference!
P.S. Sorry about my dirty mirror!
Really enjoying making before and after photos since I got to goal!
I lost weight with the help of the weight watchers program, but primarily through my own hard work, commitment to change, and perseverance.
There were times I wanted to give up or didn’t see much success for a while, but I focused on taking it one day at a time. Instead of getting discouraged I reminded myself to look forward and use any setbacks to inform my future decisions.
Before: 240 pounds
After: 150 pounds
Total loss: 90 pounds
My entire life I was the fat friend, guys would talk to me only to get closer to my hot friends. I dealt with it until I was 21 years old when I finally realized I didn’t want to be alone anymore. I’ll be the first to admit that I started my weight loss journey for the wrong reason and to simply impress people, but as the pounds started to shed I realized how important it was to me. No regrets, just continuous progress.
Before: 265ish Currently: 185.
